4. What happens during a typical Shiatsu session and how much does it cost?
A typical treatment session lasts 90 minutes when the whole body is treated.
During the first session, the patient's medical case history is taken. Discussing your general health and medical history helps us focus on what you need. During shiatsu you lie in a comfortable position with light clothing on.
The treatment begins from the neck and continues through the back and the limbs and finishes with the abdominal region. Only fingers and palms are used to apply pressure. Your therapist asks you to move into different positions during the treatment.
You do not need any special preparations before the treatment, just wear comfortable clothing.
