My head was aching all the time and I took painkillers constantly. I am a healthy sporty type but my job is very stressful. At night I had to get up sometimes and take painkillers. I became very irritable at work and people hated me. My girlfriend told me to try Shiatsu.
After the first treatment, I felt energised but the headaches continued. Only after the fourth treatment the headaches came less frequently. Now I sleep better and didn't have to wake up to take painkillers. Warmly recommended.
